**Objective:** Compare the general ledger accounts Ramp codes spend to with the Rillet chart of accounts, so every Ramp account code resolves to a Rillet account (limited to codes containing `{code-filter}` if given).
**Step 1: Read Ramp GL accounts**
Call `ramp-get-accounting-gl-account` (ramp server). Keep `id`, `code`, `name`, `classification`, `active`. Ignore inactive accounts unless `{include-inactive}` is "yes".
**Step 2: Read the Rillet chart of accounts**
Call `rillet-get-accounts` (rillet server). Keep `account-code`, `name`, `type`, `subtype`, `status`.
**Step 3: Match**
Match Ramp `code` to Rillet `account-code` exactly after trimming. For codes with no match, look for a Rillet account with the same name (case-insensitive) and list it as a candidate renumbering.
**Step 4: Report**
Lists: Ramp codes missing from Rillet (with candidate by name), matched codes whose names differ, matched codes where the Rillet account is not active. Finish with counts.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools starting ramp- are on the ramp server and tools starting rillet- are on the rillet server. Both servers must be connected.
* Read only. * Also do not call `ramp-accounting-gl-account-update`, `ramp-accounting-gl-account-upload` or `rillet-add-account`.
**Validation:**
* If either server returns no accounts, say which and stop.
