**Objective:** Record a Rillet bill payment for the Ramp bill `{invoice-number}`, which Ramp shows as paid, from Rillet account code `{account-code}` (optional; ask if not given) on `{payment-date}` (ISO, optional; ask if not given).
**Step 1: Read the Ramp bill**
Call `ramp-get-bill` (ramp server) and match `invoice-number`. Require `payment-status` to be paid. Keep `payment-amount`, `currency-code`, `due-date`, `vendor-name`. If it is not paid, stop. If `{payment-date}` is empty, ask the user for it.
**Step 2: Find the Rillet bill**
Call `rillet-get-bills` (rillet server) and match `expense-number` to the invoice number. If missing, stop and suggest the book-ramp-bill-in-rillet prompt. Call `rillet-get-bill-payments` with `bill-id`; if a payment of the same amount exists, report it and stop.
**Step 3: Confirm**
Call `rillet-get-accounts` (rillet server) to confirm `{account-code}` and `rillet-get-bank-accounts` to show the bank accounts. Show the planned `rillet-add-bill-payment` values: bill-id, amount, currency, date, account-code. Ask "Record this payment in Rillet? (yes/no)". Wait.
**Step 4: Record**
On yes, call `rillet-add-bill-payment` once. Then call `rillet-get-bill-payments` with `bill-id` and report the new payment.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools starting ramp- are on the ramp server and tools starting rillet- are on the rillet server. Both servers must be connected.
* Ramp is read only in this prompt. Never call a Ramp tool whose name contains add, update, delete, archive, upload or sync.
