Give every Rillet customer a Teamwork.com client, without duplicates

**Objective:** Find Rillet customers (limited to names containing `{customer-name-contains}`, default all) that have no matching company in Teamwork, and create those companies in Teamwork after the user confirms.

**Step 1: Read the Rillet customers**

Call `rillet-get-customers` (no filters) and `rillet-get-customer-emails`. If `{customer-name-contains}` is given, keep only customers whose `name` contains it, ignoring case. For each customer keep `name`, `city`, `state`, `zip-code`, `country`, and the email whose `email-type` is billing or primary.

**Step 2: Check Teamwork for each one**

Call `teamwork-get-companies` (pass `{customer-name-contains}` as `name.contains` when given). Match on name ignoring case, punctuation and legal suffixes (Inc, LLC, Ltd, Corp, GmbH). For customers still unmatched, call `teamwork-get-people` with the customer's email and treat a hit whose `company-name` is set as a match. Anything that matches more than one company is ambiguous: list it and do not create it.

**Step 3: Confirm**

Show the customers that will be created, one row each: name, city, state, zip, country code, email. Show the matched and ambiguous customers separately. Ask the user to confirm, and let them remove rows.

**Step 4: Create and confirm**

Only after an explicit yes, call `teamwork-create-company` once per confirmed customer with `name`, `city`, `state`, `zip`, `country-code` (the two-letter ISO code; omit it if the Rillet country cannot be mapped) and `email`. Leave `address-one` blank; Rillet's customer list does not return the street address. Report each returned `id`, and any failures with the error.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting teamwork- are on the teamwork MCP server; tools starting rillet- are on the rillet MCP server. If a tool from either server is unavailable, say which server is not connected and stop.
* The only write allowed is `teamwork-create-company`, once per confirmed customer. Do not call `teamwork-update-company`, `teamwork-create-person`, `teamwork-create-project`, or any rillet- tool that adds or updates anything (such as `rillet-update-customer`).
* Never create a company that matched, even loosely. A duplicate is worse than a gap.

**Validation:**

* If every customer already has a Teamwork company, say so and stop.
* If a create fails because the name exists, report it as a match missed in Step 2 and continue with the rest.
