Reach donors before their stored card expires

**Objective:** Find stored payment methods expiring on or before `{expires-before-date}` and work out which donors need contacting, prioritising anyone with a pledge still billing. This is read-only.

**Step 1: Pull the expiring methods**

Call `donorperfect-get-payment-method` with `card-expiration-date.to` set to `{expires-before-date}` (default three months from today if blank). Set `max-records` high enough to see the whole set and say what you used.

If nothing comes back, report that no stored methods expire in the window and stop.

**Step 2: Resolve the donors**

For each distinct `donor-id`, call `donorperfect-get-donor` filtered by `donor-id` to get the name, email, city and state.

**Step 3: Find out who is still billing**

For each donor, call `donorperfect-get-gift` filtered by `donor-id`. Identify pledge rows with an outstanding `balance`. A donor with an open pledge and an expiring card will fail their next instalment, and that is the whole point of this audit.

**Step 4: Report**

A table sorted by expiry date, soonest first: donor name, donor id, payment method type, last four, expiry date, whether it is the default method, open pledge balance, email.

Then two groups:

* **Urgent** - an open pledge balance, or the expiring card is the default method
* **Routine** - everyone else

For the urgent group, note which donors have no email on file, since those need a call rather than a mailing.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do not call any save tool, and do not attempt to update a card.
* Report only the last four digits and the expiry date. Never repeat, reconstruct or guess at a full card number or bank account number, even if a field appears to contain one.
* Do not draft the message to the donor unless the user asks for it.

**Validation:**

* If `{expires-before-date}` is not a clear date, state the window you used.
* If a payment method has no donor id, list it separately as unlinked rather than dropping it.
