Walk into every donor call with a one-page brief
For fundraisers who want DonorPerfect giving and recent Chorus conversations in one brief before a call, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
A promised follow-up slips before the next donor call
Before calling a donor you need giving, pledges and flags from DonorPerfect plus what was said on the last few Chorus calls. Gathering it means two systems and a lot of scrolling, and a promised follow-up is easy to miss.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the donor's giving in DonorPerfect
- Check pledges, contacts and flags separately
- Search Chorus for each of their emails
- Miss what was promised last time
With PopdockAI
- Gifts, open pledges, contacts and flags are read
- Chorus calls and emails are found using every email on file
- Follow-ups count only when a summary states them
- A one-page brief with three talking points, nothing changed
The prompt

**Objective:** Prepare a one-page brief for an upcoming call with the DonorPerfect donor `{donor}`, combining their giving history with the last `{conversation-count}` Chorus conversations (default 3).
**Step 1: The donor in DonorPerfect**
If `{donor}` is a whole number, call `donorperfect-get-donor` with it as donor-id; otherwise call `donorperfect-get-donor` with it as email. If more than one donor matches, list them and stop. If none matches, say so and stop.
Then, filtered by the donor-id:
* `donorperfect-get-gift` for the gifts and pledges of the last 24 months (gift-date.from). Note the most recent gift, the total for the last 12 months, and any pledge with a balance above zero.
* `donorperfect-get-contact` for the five most recent contacts, and any contact whose due-date is in the past and has no completed-date.
* `donorperfect-get-flag` for the donor's flags.
**Step 2: The last conversations in Chorus**
Take the donor's email (and any extra emails from `donorperfect-get-address` for the donor-id). Call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` filtered by each email, collect the conversation-id values, and call `chorus-get-engagements` for each. Keep the `{conversation-count}` most recent by date.
Also call `chorus-get-emails` with each email as initiator-email and keep the three most recent.
**Step 3: Report**
* **Who:** name, organization-name, donor-type, city and state, flags.
* **Giving:** lifetime gift-total, last-contribution-amount and date, last-12-months total, open pledges with balance.
* **Last conversations:** for each, date, subject, who from our side attended (user-name), and the meeting-summary in two or three sentences.
* **Recent emails from the donor:** date and subject.
* **Outstanding follow-ups:** overdue DonorPerfect contacts, and any commitment made in a Chorus meeting-summary that no later DonorPerfect contact records as done.
* **Suggested talking points:** three bullets grounded only in the data above.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named donorperfect-... are on the donorperfect server. Tools named chorus-... are on the chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any DonorPerfect write tool (`donorperfect-save-donor`, `donorperfect-save-contact`, `donorperfect-save-gift`, `donorperfect-save-pledge`, `donorperfect-save-address`, `donorperfect-save-other-info`, `donorperfect-save-link`, `donorperfect-set-flag`) or any Chorus write tool (`chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-export-recordings`, `chorus-export-scorecards`).
* Do not invent commitments. A follow-up counts only if a meeting-summary states it.
**Validation:**
* If Chorus has no conversations for the donor's emails, say "No Chorus conversations found" in that section and still produce the giving sections.
* If the donor has no email address, skip Step 2 and say why.
* If Chorus and DonorPerfect show different names for the same email, report both and use the DonorPerfect name in the brief.Who it's for
