**Objective:** For DonorPerfect pledges made since `{pledge-date-from}` (default: 12 months ago) that still have a balance, find whether anyone has spoken to or emailed the donor in Chorus since the pledge date.

**Step 1: Open pledges in DonorPerfect**

Call `donorperfect-get-gift` with record-type set to P (pledge), gift-date.from set to `{pledge-date-from}`, and max-records 100. If that returns nothing, retry without record-type and keep rows whose record-type indicates a pledge. Keep pledges whose balance is above zero.

For each distinct donor-id, call `donorperfect-get-donor` with donor-id to get the name, organization-name and email.

**Step 2: Conversations since the pledge in Chorus**

For each donor with an email, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` filtered by email and then `chorus-get-engagements` for each conversation-id, keeping those dated on or after the pledge's gift-date. Also call `chorus-get-emails` with the email as initiator-email and sent-time.from set to the gift-date.

**Step 3: Report**

* **No conversation since pledge:** donor-id, name, pledge gift-id, gift-date, total, balance, email. Sort by balance, highest first.
* **Spoken to since pledge:** donor, balance, the most recent conversation date and subject, and one line from its meeting-summary if it mentions the pledge, a payment or giving.
* **Cannot check:** pledges whose donor has no email.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools named donorperfect-... are on the donorperfect server. Tools named chorus-... are on the chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any DonorPerfect write tool (`donorperfect-save-donor`, `donorperfect-save-contact`, `donorperfect-save-gift`, `donorperfect-save-pledge`, `donorperfect-save-address`, `donorperfect-save-other-info`, `donorperfect-save-link`, `donorperfect-set-flag`) or any Chorus write tool (`chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-export-recordings`, `chorus-export-scorecards`).

**Validation:**

* If `{pledge-date-from}` is empty, use the date 12 months before today. Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD.
