Answer a family's tribute question accurately

**Objective:** Report on the tribute `{tribute-name}`: what it has raised and who gave in that name. This needs a four step chain because tributes and donors are only joined through gifts.

**Step 1: Find the tribute**

Call `donorperfect-get-tribute` with `name.contains` set to `{tribute-name}`. If nothing matches, say so and stop. If several match, list them with their `tribute-id`, `type`, `gift-count` and `gift-amount`, ask which one, and stop.

Record the `tribute-id`.

**Step 2: Find the gifts attached to it**

Call `donorperfect-get-gift-tribute` filtered by `tribute-id`. This returns `gift-id` values and nothing else. If it returns nothing, report that the tribute has no gifts recorded against it and stop.

**Step 3: Resolve each gift**

For each `gift-id`, call `donorperfect-get-gift` filtered by that `gift-id` to get the `amount`, `gift-date`, `campaign` and `donor-id`.

**Step 4: Resolve each donor**

For each distinct `donor-id` from step 3, call `donorperfect-get-donor` filtered by `donor-id` to get the name, city, state and email.

**Step 5: Report**

1. Tribute header: name, type, whether it is active, created date, total raised and gift count as the tribute record itself states them.
2. A table of gifts: donor name, donor id, amount, gift date, campaign, sorted by date with the most recent first.
3. The total of the gifts you resolved, and a note if it differs from the figure on the tribute record.
4. A short list of donors who gave more than once to this tribute.
5. Which donors have an email on file, since these are usually the people the family wants acknowledged.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do not call `donorperfect-save-gift` or any other save tool.
* Do not skip step 3. `donorperfect-get-gift-tribute` carries no donor id, so there is no shortcut from a tribute to a donor.
* Tribute records are sensitive. Report the data plainly and add no commentary about the person honoured.

**Validation:**

* If a `gift-id` does not resolve, list it as unresolved rather than dropping it silently.
* If the tribute name matches nothing, offer to widen the search but do not do it unasked.
