Find broken and forgotten Drip automation in one report

**Objective:** Give a one-page health check of the Drip account's automation: workflows, email series campaigns, signup forms and conversion goals. Treat anything created before `{stale-days}` days ago (default 60) and still in draft as stale.

**Step 1: Read everything**

* `drip-get-workflow` with `max-records` = 200
* `drip-get-campaign` with `max-records` = 200
* `drip-get-form` with `max-records` = 200
* `drip-get-conversion` with `max-records` = 200

**Step 2: Find problems**

* Workflows: paused, or draft and stale
* Campaigns: paused with active subscribers, active with 0 active subscribers, draft and stale
* Forms: disabled, or enabled with no confirmation heading or button text
* Conversion goals: disabled, missing a URL, or with a default value of 0

**Step 3: Report**

Start with a scoreboard: for each of the four areas, total, active, and number of problems. Then one section per area listing only the problem records with name, id, status, created date and the reason it was flagged. End with the three changes that would matter most.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do NOT call `drip-activate-workflow`, `drip-pause-workflow`, `drip-activate-campaign` or `drip-pause-campaign`. A paused item may be paused on purpose; report it, do not change it.

**Validation:**

* If an area returns nothing, show it as 0 in the scoreboard rather than omitting it.
* If a read fails, report which area could not be checked and carry on with the rest.
