Pause or start a Drip campaign knowing who it affects

**Objective:** `{action}` (pause or activate) the Drip `{kind}` (campaign or workflow) named `{name}`.

**Step 1: Resolve it**

* Campaign: call `drip-get-campaign` with `name` = `{name}`, then with `name.contains` if nothing matches.
* Workflow: call `drip-get-workflow` with `name` = `{name}`, then with `name.contains` if nothing matches.

If more than one matches, list them with ids and statuses and stop. If none, stop.

**Step 2: Check it makes sense**

* If it is already in the requested state, say so and stop.
* For a campaign, report active subscribers and emails. Pausing stops every one of those people mid-series; activating a draft starts sending to them. For a large audience (over 1,000), call `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` with `campaign-id` and `max-records` = 5 to show a sample.
* For a workflow, report its status and created date.

**Step 3: Confirm**

State the item, its id, current status, the change, and the impact. Wait for the user to say yes.

**Step 4: Act once and verify**

Call exactly one of `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-pause-workflow` or `drip-activate-workflow` with `id` = the resolved id. Re-read with `drip-get-campaign` or `drip-get-workflow` and report the new status.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Never change more than one item per run, even when several match.
* Do not call any subscriber, tag or remove tool.

**Validation:**

* If `{action}` is not pause or activate, or `{kind}` is not campaign or workflow, ask before reading anything.
