The problem
Marketing cannot show which pipeline a campaign touches
Proving a Drip campaign touches real Dynamics 365 Sales pipeline means matching subscribers to contacts, rolling up to accounts and pulling opportunities. Deals get counted twice when several subscribers share an account.
Without PopdockAI
- Export campaign subscribers from Drip
- Match them to CRM contacts by email
- Roll up to accounts and pull opportunities
- Remove deals counted more than once
With PopdockAI
- Up to 100 subscribers are matched to contacts by email
- Opportunities are pulled for the matched accounts
- Each deal is counted once in the total
- Framed as linked, not generated, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For the Drip campaign `{campaign-name}`, find which subscribers belong to accounts with Dynamics 365 Sales opportunities in status `{opportunity-status}` (default Open), and total the revenue involved.
**Step 1: Campaign subscribers in Drip**
Call `drip-get-campaign` with `name` = `{campaign-name}`; if nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`. If several campaigns match, list them and stop. Then call `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` with `campaign-id` set to the campaign's campaign-id. Check at most 100 subscribers and say if the list was cut short.
**Step 2: Carry each email into Dynamics 365 Sales**
For each subscriber email, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `email` set to it. For each contact found, take its parent-customer.
**Step 3: Opportunities**
For each distinct parent-customer, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `potential-customer` set to it and `status` = `{opportunity-status}` (Open if blank).
**Step 4: Report**
* Campaign name, status, active-subscribers, and how many subscribers you checked.
* How many subscribers matched a CRM contact, and how many did not.
* A table of accounts with opportunities: account, subscribers from the campaign, opportunity topic, est-revenue, sales-stage, est-close-date, owner.
* Total est-revenue across those opportunities, counting each opportunity once even when several subscribers share an account.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `drip-*` tools are on the drip MCP server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the dynamics-365-sales MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Email is the only key shared by the two systems. Compare emails case-insensitively and trimmed. Never match on name alone; a name-only match is reported as "possible match, not confirmed".
* Association is not attribution. Say "subscribers linked to" these opportunities, never that the campaign "generated" them.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity` or any other write tool.
**Validation:**
* If the campaign has no subscribers, say so and stop.
* If no subscriber matches a CRM contact, report that plainly; it usually means the two systems hold different email addresses for the same people.Who it's for
