Find the donors your Mailchimp newsletter is missing

**Objective:** Find DonorPerfect donors who have an email address but are not in the Mailchimp audience `{list-name}`, limited to donors whose lifetime giving is at least `{min-gift-total}` (default 0).

**Step 1: Confirm the audience**

Call `mailchimp-get-list` with `name` set to `{list-name}`. If nothing matches, call it again with `name.contains` and list the candidates, then stop. Note the `list-id` and member count.

**Step 2: Read the donors**

Call `donorperfect-get-donor` with `gift-total.min` set to `{min-gift-total}` (omit the filter when it is 0 or blank) and `max-records` 200. Keep only donors with a non-empty `email`.

**Step 3: Check each donor in Mailchimp**

For each donor, call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` set to the donor's `email` and `list-name` set to `{list-name}`. Sort the donors into three groups: not in the audience at all; in the audience but `unsubscribed` or `cleaned`; in the audience and `subscribed` or `pending`.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of donors missing from the audience (donor id, name, email, gift total, last contribution amount), sorted by gift total descending. Then a separate short table of donors who are in the audience but unsubscribed or cleaned. Finish with the counts of all three groups.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `donorperfect-get-donor` is on the donorperfect server. `mailchimp-get-list` and `mailchimp-get-list-member` are on the mailchimp server.
* This is read-only. Do NOT call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or `donorperfect-save-donor`. To add the missing donors, use the add-donors-to-audience prompt.
* Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces.

**Validation:**

* If the donor read hits its 200-record limit, say the result is partial and suggest a higher `{min-gift-total}`.
* If no donors have an email address, report that and stop.
