The problem

The CRM looks emptier than the calls you really held

Calls recorded in Granola often never get logged as meetings in Attio, so the CRM looks emptier than reality. Finding the gaps means searching Attio for a meeting at the same time with the same people, note by note.

Without PopdockAI

  • List Granola notes for the period
  • Search Attio for a meeting at the same time
  • Compare titles and attendees by eye
  • Decide which internal meetings to ignore

With PopdockAI

  • Granola notes and Attio meetings are listed for the same period
  • They are paired by start time and title words
  • Attendee emails settle uncertain matches
  • Internal meetings are marked, and nothing is created

Prompt
**Objective:** List the Granola meetings created on or after `{since-date}` (YYYY-MM-DD) that have no matching meeting in Attio, optionally limited to notes owned by `{owner-email}`.

**Step 1: Granola notes**

Call `granola-get-note` (Granola server) with `created.from` set to `{since-date}` and, if `{owner-email}` is given, `owner-email` set to it. Record each note's id, title and scheduled start.

**Step 2: Attio meetings**

Call `attio-get-meeting` (Attio server) with `start.from` set to `{since-date}`. Record title and start time.

**Step 3: Match**

A Granola note matches an Attio meeting when the start times are within 30 minutes and the titles share their main words. Where the match is uncertain, call `granola-get-attendee` (Granola server) for the note and `attio-get-meeting-participant` (Attio server) for the meeting and compare attendee emails.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of Granola notes with no Attio match: title, date, owner and attendee emails. Then a count of matched notes.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Attio tools: `attio-get-meeting`, `attio-get-meeting-participant`. Granola tools: `granola-get-note`, `granola-get-attendee`.
* Read-only. Do not create or change anything in Attio; this prompt only reports gaps.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing for the period, say which and stop.
* Mark internal-only meetings (all attendees share one email domain) so the user can ignore them.
