Find Mailchimp big spenders who are missing from Nutshell

**Objective:** Find Mailchimp customers who spent at least `{min-spent}` and check whether each is a contact in Nutshell, looking at up to `{max-customers}` customers (default 20).

**Step 1: List the buyers**

Call `mailchimp-get-customer` (Mailchimp server) with `total-spent.min` set to `{min-spent}` and `max-records` set to `{max-customers}`. Keep email, first-name, last-name, company, total-spent, orders-count and customer-id. If none, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Look each one up in Nutshell**

For each customer call `nutshell-get-contact` (Nutshell server) with `name.contains` set to the last name. Nutshell cannot filter by email, so confirm a match by checking that one of the returned `emails` equals the customer's email (case-insensitive), or that first and last name both match and the company agrees. If the last name returns many people, only accept an email match. If a customer is not matched by contact, try `nutshell-get-account` with `name.contains` set to the company, and report an account-only match as partial.

**Step 3: Report**

Three tables: matched (customer, Nutshell contact id, open leads count if shown), partial (account only), and missing from Nutshell (name, email, company, total-spent). Sort each by total-spent descending and give the total spend of the missing group.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the Mailchimp server; `nutshell-get-contact` and `nutshell-get-account` are on the Nutshell server.
* Read-only. Do not call `nutshell-add-person`, `nutshell-add-company`, or any write tool. Suggest additions in the report only.

**Validation:**

* Never treat a name-only match as certain when emails differ; list it as possible.
* If a customer has no email in Mailchimp, list it as unmatchable.
