The problem

Copying emails between the CRM and Mailchimp

Reps check Mailchimp by hand for a contact they found in Nutshell, copying addresses between tools. They miss opt outs and the contact's other addresses, so they never see the full picture.

Without PopdockAI

  • Find the contact in Nutshell
  • Copy each email address into Mailchimp
  • Check subscription, campaigns and unsubscribes
  • Miss the second address entirely

With PopdockAI

  • The Nutshell contact is found, or it stops and asks
  • Every address is checked in Mailchimp
  • Subscription, campaigns, unsubscribes and purchases are shown
  • Missing addresses are reported and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** Build a Mailchimp engagement profile for the Nutshell contact matching `{contact-name}`, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).

**Step 1: Find the contact in Nutshell**

Call `nutshell-get-contact` (Nutshell server) with `name.contains` set to `{contact-name}`. If more than one contact matches, list them (name, id, job-title, company-id, emails) and stop so the user can pick one. If none match, say so and stop. Keep the contact's id, name, emails, last-contacted and engagement-rating. The `emails` value may hold several addresses; use each one in Step 2.

**Step 2: Carry the email into Mailchimp**

For each email address, call these Mailchimp-server tools with it as the email filter:
- `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email`: report list-name, status, vip, rating, tags, sign-up-date, average-open-rate, average-click-rate.
- `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `email`: any campaign that caused an unsubscribe.
- `mailchimp-get-campaign-recipient` with `email-address`: campaigns sent to them, open-count and last-open-date.
- `mailchimp-get-order` with `customer-email-address`: orders, order-total, customer-total-spent.
Only keep activity dated within the lookback window. Compare email addresses case-insensitively. If an address returns nothing in Mailchimp, report it as in Nutshell but not in Mailchimp and continue.

**Step 3: Report**

Give: contact summary from Nutshell; a table of Mailchimp lists with status; recent campaign activity; purchases; and one line judging engagement (active, cooling, unsubscribed or never subscribed), noting any gap between Nutshell last-contacted and Mailchimp last-open-date.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `nutshell-get-contact` is on the Nutshell server; every Mailchimp tool named here is on the Mailchimp server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any add, update or delete tool on either server, nor `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation` or `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`.

**Validation:**

* If the contact has no email address, report that and stop.
* If statuses disagree (for example subscribed in one list, unsubscribed in another), show both rather than picking one.
