The problem

Top customers drifting away unnoticed

Your best store customers should be subscribed, engaged and marked as VIPs, but nobody checks. A top spender who unsubscribed or is drifting is often noticed only after their orders stop.

Without PopdockAI

  • Sort store customers by spend in each currency
  • Check each one's audience status and VIP flag
  • Look up rating and open rate
  • Notice problems after orders stop

With PopdockAI

  • Store customers are ranked by spend within each currency
  • Audience status, VIP flag, rating and open rate are checked
  • Attributed campaigns and automations are noted
  • It recommends changes but makes none

Prompt
**Objective:** Find the top {top-count} customers by total spent (default 20) among those with at least {min-orders} orders (default 2), and check whether each one is subscribed, engaged and recognised as a VIP in Mailchimp.

**Step 1: Stores**

Call `mailchimp-get-store` to map each store-id to its name, currency-code and list-id.

**Step 2: Rank the customers**

Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `orders-count.min` set to the minimum and `max-records` set to 500. Sort by total-spent, highest first, and take the top count. Rank within each currency; never compare spend across currencies.

**Step 3: Check each customer**

* Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` set to the customer's email. Find the membership on the store's audience and note status, VIP, rating and average open rate.
* Call `mailchimp-get-order` with `customer-id` and note which campaigns or automations their orders are attributed to (outreach-name, outreach-type).

**Step 4: Report**

* A table: rank, name, company, store, orders-count, total-spent, audience status, VIP, rating, average open rate, the outreach that drove most of their orders.
* Flags, each with the customers affected:
  * a top customer who is not in the store's audience, or is unsubscribed, or has opt-in-status false
  * a top customer who is not marked VIP
  * a top customer whose average open rate is below 10%, which suggests they are drifting
* The campaigns and automations that appear most often in these customers' orders.
* Recommendations.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-start-automation` or `mailchimp-pause-automation`.
* Rates are returned as fractions (0.25 means 25%). Show them as percentages.
* You may recommend marking customers as VIP or re-engaging them, but do not make the change.

**Validation:**

* If no customers meet the minimum orders, lower it to 1 once, say that you did, and continue.
* If there are no stores or no customers, say so and stop.
