The problem
Abandoned revenue you cannot tell how to recover
Knowing which abandoned carts are worth chasing means checking each shopper's history and whether you may email them. It is also easy to miss that a store never switched cart recovery on.
Without PopdockAI
- Export carts per store and total them by currency
- Look up each big shopper's order history
- Check subscription status before emailing
- Miss stores with cart recovery switched off
With PopdockAI
- Recent carts are totalled per store in each currency
- The ten largest carts get returning and subscription checks
- Reachable value is shown against unreachable
- It never suggests emailing non subscribers and changes nothing

**Objective:** Review the carts abandoned in the last {lookback-days} days (default 14) worth at least {min-cart-value} (default no minimum), work out which can be recovered by email, and recommend what to do.
**Step 1: Stores**
Call `mailchimp-get-store`. For each store note name, platform, currency-code, list-id, is-syncing and abandoned-cart-automation-status. A store that is still syncing may be missing carts; say so.
**Step 2: Carts**
Work out the start date as today minus the lookback. Call `mailchimp-get-cart` with `created-at-date.from` set to that date, `order-total.min` if a minimum was given, and `max-records` set to 200. Group the carts by store-id: count and total value, in the store's currency.
**Step 3: Can each shopper be reached?**
For the 10 highest-value carts:
* Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `email` set to the cart's customer-email, to see orders-count and total-spent (a returning customer or a first-time shopper) and opt-in-status.
* Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` set to the same address, and check the status on the store's audience (the store's list-id). Only `subscribed` contacts can receive a recovery email.
**Step 4: Report**
* Per store: carts, total value, and abandoned-cart-automation-status.
* A table of the top carts: customer name, email, value, created date, returning or new, reachable (yes or no, and why), checkout-url.
* The total value that is reachable by email versus not.
* Recommendations. If a store with carts does not have its abandoned cart automation active, that is the first recommendation.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-start-automation` or `mailchimp-pause-automation`.
* Never recommend emailing a contact whose status is not `subscribed` or whose opt-in-status is false.
* Carts in different currencies must not be summed together. Total them per currency.
**Validation:**
* If no carts match, say so and stop.
* If there are no stores, say the account has no connected e-commerce store and stop.Who it's for
