The problem
Cart follow ups sent to shoppers who already bought
Mailchimp abandoned carts do not show who came back and ordered in WooCommerce, or who tried and failed at payment. Follow ups go to people who already bought, and recovery cannot be credited properly.
Without PopdockAI
- Export carts from Mailchimp
- Search WooCommerce orders for each email
- Tell failed payments from real orders by hand
- Check subscription status before any follow up
With PopdockAI
- Carts are matched to later WooCommerce orders by email
- Each is classed recovered, attempted or unrecovered
- Open carts show subscription status and past purchases
- Follow ups are suggested in text only and nothing changes

**Objective:** For carts Mailchimp recorded in the last `{days-back}` days (default 14), find out which shoppers went on to order in WooCommerce and which carts are still unrecovered, ranked by value.
**Step 1: Read the carts**
Work out the start date as today minus `{days-back}` days. Call `mailchimp-get-cart` with `created-at-date.from` set to that date and, if `{min-cart-value}` is given, `order-total.min` set to it. Keep `cart-id`, `customer-email`, customer name, `order-total`, `currency-code`, `created-at-date`, `campaign-id` and `checkout-url`. If no carts come back, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Look for a later order in WooCommerce**
For each cart, call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` set to the cart's `customer-email` and `created-date.from` set to the cart's `created-at-date`. Classify the cart:
* **Recovered:** at least one order with `status` processing, completed or on-hold. Record the order number, `total` and how many days after the cart it was placed.
* **Attempted:** only pending or failed orders.
* **Unrecovered:** no order.
**Step 3: Add context for unrecovered carts**
For each unrecovered cart, call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` set to the `customer-email` to see whether the shopper is still subscribed and can be reached. Call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `email` to see whether they have bought before.
**Step 4: Report**
A summary line: carts, recovered (count, value and rate), attempted, unrecovered (count and value). Then the unrecovered carts ranked by `order-total`, with email, cart value, cart date, audience status, prior customer yes or no, and `checkout-url`. Then the recovered carts with the WooCommerce order number and days to recover. Where a cart has a `campaign-id`, note it so recovery can be credited to that email.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-cart` and `mailchimp-get-list-member` are on the mailchimp server. `woocommerce-get-order` and `woocommerce-get-customer` are on the woocommerce server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `woocommerce-add-coupon`, `woocommerce-add-order`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member` or any other write tool. Suggest follow-ups in text only.
**Validation:**
* Match on email, compared case-insensitively. A cart with no email cannot be checked; count it separately as anonymous.
* An order total may differ from the cart total because of shipping or coupons; any qualifying order after the cart counts as recovery.
* Do not show shoppers who are unsubscribed or cleaned as reachable.Who it's for
