The problem
Campaign revenue padded with lost and refunded orders
The revenue Mailchimp credits to a campaign includes orders later canceled, failed or refunded in WooCommerce. Finding the real figure means locating each order in the store by customer, amount and date, then subtracting refunds.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull the campaign report and attributed orders from Mailchimp
- Find each order in WooCommerce by email and total
- Check status and subtract refunds one by one
- Work out the gap by hand for each currency
With PopdockAI
- The Mailchimp report and attributed orders are read
- Orders are matched by email, total and currency in your window
- Each is classed confirmed, lost or unmatched, net of refunds
- Currencies are never converted and nothing is written

**Objective:** For the Mailchimp campaign `{campaign}` (a campaign id or title), confirm how much of the revenue Mailchimp attributes to it is real in WooCommerce, counting orders placed within `{attribution-days}` days of sending (default 7) and net of cancellations and refunds.
**Step 1: Identify the campaign**
Call `mailchimp-get-report` with `campaign-id` set to `{campaign}`. If nothing comes back, call it again with `campaign-title.contains` set to `{campaign}`. If more than one campaign matches, list them with `send-date` and stop. Note `campaign-id`, `campaign-title`, `send-date`, `emails-sent`, `click-rate` and `total-revenue`.
**Step 2: Read the orders Mailchimp attributes to it**
Call `mailchimp-get-order` with `outreach-name.contains` set to the campaign title. Keep each order's `customer-email`, `order-total` and `currency-code`. If none come back, report that Mailchimp attributes no orders to this campaign, show `total-revenue` from the report, and stop.
**Step 3: Find each order in WooCommerce**
For each attributed order, call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` set to its `customer-email`, `created-date.from` set to the campaign `send-date` and `created-date.to` set to `send-date` plus `{attribution-days}` days. Match on `total` equal to the Mailchimp `order-total` within 0.01 and the same currency. Classify each:
* **Confirmed:** matched, and `status` is processing or completed.
* **Lost:** matched, but `status` is cancelled, failed or refunded.
* **Unmatched:** no WooCommerce order fits.
For each confirmed order, call `woocommerce-get-refund` with `order-id` and subtract any refunded `amount`.
**Step 4: Report**
A headline comparing Mailchimp `total-revenue` with confirmed WooCommerce net revenue, and the gap as an amount and a percentage. Then a table with customer email, WooCommerce order number, date, status, total, refunded and net. List lost and unmatched orders separately.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-report` and `mailchimp-get-order` are on the mailchimp server. `woocommerce-get-order` and `woocommerce-get-refund` are on the woocommerce server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `mailchimp-update-order`, `woocommerce-update-order`, `woocommerce-add-refund` or any other write tool.
**Validation:**
* If a customer has several WooCommerce orders that match, take the one closest to the send date and say so.
* Do not convert currencies. If currencies differ, report the order as unmatched with both currencies shown.
* If `total-revenue` and the sum of the attributed orders differ before any WooCommerce check, report that too.Who it's for
