The problem
Big deals sit for weeks with no contact
Accounts with open deals quietly go uncontacted because nobody sorts companies by when they were last touched. The CRM does not surface them, so a large deal can sit for weeks with no logged activity.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each company in Nutshell
- Check the date of its last activity
- Add up the value of its open leads
- Notice the quiet ones too late
With PopdockAI
- Companies are checked for their latest activity and open leads
- Quiet companies are ranked by open lead value
- Never contacted companies are reported, not skipped
- Up to 30 companies per run, stated, and nothing changed

**Objective:** Find companies owned by {owner} (default: all owners) with no contact in the last {days-since-contact} days (default 90) and rank them by what is at stake.
**Step 1: Pull stale companies**
Call
utshell-get-account with last-contacted.to set to today minus {days-since-contact} days. Add owner.contains when {owner} is given. Set max-records to 100.
**Step 2: Weigh them**
For each company call
utshell-get-lead with company-id and an open status to total open lead value. If there are more than 30 companies, check only the 30 with the oldest contact date and say so.
**Step 3: Report**
A table of company, owner, last contacted, days since, open lead count and open value, sorted by open value descending. Put companies with open leads first, then the rest. Suggest which five to contact first.
