For operations and sales managers who want slipped work grouped by assignee, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Overdue work scattered across separate lists
Tasks and activities that have slipped sit in separate Nutshell lists, so a manager checks each one to see what is overdue. Items get lost, and nobody sees at a glance who is behind and on which accounts.
Without PopdockAI
- Check the overdue tasks list
- Check overdue activities separately
- Work out which account each relates to
- Piece together who is behind
With PopdockAI
- Overdue tasks and activities are read together
- Results are grouped by assignee, oldest first
- Each item shows the company or lead it relates to
- Ambiguous names stop and ask, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** List the work that is overdue in Nutshell for {user-name} (default: everyone) and say what to chase first.
**Step 1: Resolve the user**
If {user-name} is given, call
utshell-get-user with
ame.contains set to it. If it matches more than one user, list them and stop. Keep the matched user id.
**Step 2: Pull overdue items**
Call
utshell-get-task with overdue true and completed false, adding assignee-id when a user was resolved. Call
utshell-get-activity with overdue true and cancelled false (activities have no assignee filter, so state that the activity list is for all users).
**Step 3: Add context**
For each task with a related-record-id, call
utshell-get-lead or
utshell-get-account with that id as id to name the record. Skip this step if there are more than 25 tasks and name only the 10 most overdue.
**Step 4: Report**
Group tasks by assignee, oldest due date first, with days overdue and the related record. Then list the overdue activities. End with the three oldest items.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Do not call any write tool:
utshell-add-company,
utshell-add-person,
utshell-add-lead,
utshell-add-activity,
utshell-update-company,
utshell-update-person,
utshell-update-lead,
utshell-delete-company,
utshell-delete-person or
utshell-delete-lead. This prompt only reads.
**Validation:**
* If nothing is overdue, say so.
