The problem
Paid customers get chased for invoices that look overdue
Shopify marks an order paid when the gateway captures the money, but the invoice in Dynamics 365 Business Central can stay open for weeks until someone applies the payment. Those invoices look overdue and trigger collection calls to customers who already paid.
Without PopdockAI
- Export paid Shopify orders for the period
- Search Business Central for each posted invoice
- Look up the gateway, amount and date for each payment
- Call customers about invoices they already paid
With PopdockAI
- Paid Shopify orders are matched to open Business Central invoices
- Each invoice gets the gateway, amount and date to apply
- Invoices are sorted by due date with past-due ones marked
- It only reads, and applying payments stays with you

**Objective:** Find Shopify orders created between `{from-date}` (default 30 days ago) and `{to-date}` (default today) that Shopify reports as paid, but whose posted sales invoice in Business Central still has a remaining amount, so the payment has not been applied there.
**Step 1: Read the paid Shopify orders**
Call `shopify-get-order` with `financial-status` set to paid, `created-at.from` set to `{from-date}`, `created-at.to` set to `{to-date}`, and `max-records` 250. Keep `order-id`, `name`, `order-number`, `created-at`, `email`, `total-price` and `currency`.
**Step 2: Find the invoice in Business Central**
For each order, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `external-document-number` set to the Shopify `name`. If nothing comes back, retry with `order-number` alone. Keep `invoice-number`, `posting-date`, `due-date`, `total-amount-including-tax` and `remaining-amount`.
Keep only invoices with `remaining-amount` greater than 0. Orders with no invoice go in a separate list.
**Step 3: Payment evidence**
For each order kept, call `shopify-get-transaction` with `order-id` and keep successful `sale` or `capture` transactions: `gateway`, `shop-amount`, `processed-at`, `order-transaction-id`. This is what the finance team needs to apply the payment.
**Step 4: Report**
A table: Shopify order name, Business Central invoice number, invoice total, remaining amount, due date, Shopify payment gateway, amount paid, paid at. Sort by due date, oldest first, and mark invoices already past due.
Then: paid orders with no posted invoice (count and names), and the total remaining amount across the table.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-order` and `shopify-get-transaction` are on the shopify server. `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-journal-line`, `business-central-update-sales-invoice` or any other create, add or update tool on either server. Applying payments is for the user to do in Business Central.
* If the user names a Business Central company, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no paid orders in the range, say so and stop.
* If the `financial-status` filter returns nothing but orders exist, retry once without it and keep only orders whose `financial-status` is paid.
* If the remaining amount equals the Shopify payment exactly, say the payment is probably unapplied. If it differs, say so and show both figures.Who it's for
