The problem
Orders the integration missed surface only when customers ask
Shopify orders should flow into Dynamics 365 Business Central, but integrations miss some and nobody notices until a customer asks why nothing shipped. Checking means searching each reference in open documents and posted invoices, often in two formats.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify orders for the period
- Search open sales documents for each reference
- Search posted invoices, with and without the hash
- Find the misses when customers start calling
With PopdockAI
- Shopify orders are read and canceled ones set aside
- Each is looked up as an open document or posted invoice
- The matching reference format is learned and used first
- Missing orders are listed oldest first, and nothing is entered

**Objective:** Find every Shopify order created between `{from-date}` (default 7 days ago) and `{to-date}` (default today) that has not reached Business Central, either as an open sales document or as a posted sales invoice.
**Step 1: Read the Shopify orders**
Call `shopify-get-order` with `created-at.from` set to `{from-date}` and `created-at.to` set to `{to-date}`, and `max-records` 250. Keep `order-id`, `name`, `order-number`, `created-at`, `email`, `total-price`, `currency`, `financial-status`, `fulfillment-status` and `cancelled-at`. Set cancelled orders aside; list them at the end but do not look them up.
**Step 2: Look each order up in Business Central**
Business Central stores the Shopify order reference in `external-document-number`. For each order:
1. Call `business-central-get-sales-transaction` with `external-document-number` set to the Shopify `name` (for example #1001).
2. If nothing comes back, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `external-document-number` set to the same value.
3. If still nothing, repeat both calls with the `order-number` alone (for example 1001, without the #).
The first hit ends the search for that order. Record which form matched, and use that form first for the remaining orders.
**Step 3: Report**
A table of orders with no match on either tool: Shopify order name, created at, customer email, total price and currency, financial status, fulfillment status. Sort oldest first; the oldest are the most overdue.
Then a short summary: orders checked, found as open sales documents, found as posted invoices, missing, cancelled and skipped. State which reference format matched.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-order` is on the shopify server. `business-central-get-sales-transaction` and `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-sales-order`, `business-central-create-sales-invoice` or any other create, add or update tool on either server. If the user wants a missing order created, point them to the create-business-central-sales-order prompt.
* If the user names a Business Central company, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no orders in the range, say so and stop.
* If none of the orders match in either format, do not report every order as missing without comment. Say that Business Central may store the Shopify reference in a different field, and show one example order with the values you tried.
* If Shopify returns exactly 250 orders, say the result may be truncated and suggest a shorter date range.Who it's for
