The problem

Big store buyers with no account owner

Your biggest Mailchimp store buyers may be invisible to sales in Salesforce, or sitting there only as a lead. Checking means searching each email in contacts and leads, then opening the account for its owner and pipeline.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export top store customers from Mailchimp
  • Search Salesforce contacts, then leads, for each email
  • Open each account for owner and opportunities
  • Lose track of spenders with no record

With PopdockAI

  • Top store customers are looked up by email, contact first
  • Contacts show account, owner and open opportunities
  • Unmanaged spenders and lead only matches are called out
  • Email matches only, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** List the Mailchimp e-commerce customers who have spent at least `{min-total-spent}` (default 1000), up to `{max-records}` customers (default 25), and enrich each one with their Salesforce contact, account and open pipeline.

**Step 1: Top customers in Mailchimp**

Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to `{min-total-spent}` and `max-records` set to `{max-records}`. Sort by total-spent, highest first. Keep email, first-name, last-name, company, total-spent and orders-count.

**Step 2: Match in Salesforce**

For each customer, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` set to the customer's email. If no contact matches, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email` set to the same address. If the contact has an account-id, call `salesforce-get-account` with `account-id` and `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `account-id` and `closed` set to false.

**Step 3: Report**

A table with one row per customer: name, email, Mailchimp total spent and orders, Salesforce record (contact, lead or none), account name and owner, number and value of open opportunities. Then call out separately: high spenders with no Salesforce record, and high spenders who are only a lead.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the mailchimp server. `salesforce-get-contact`, `salesforce-get-lead`, `salesforce-get-account` and `salesforce-get-opportunity` are on the salesforce server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-opportunity` or `mailchimp-update-customer`.

**Validation:**

* Match on email only. A Mailchimp company that looks like a Salesforce account name is not a match without the email.
* Mailchimp spend is in the store's currency; show it as returned and do not convert it.
* If no customer meets the threshold, say so and suggest a lower `{min-total-spent}`.
