The problem

New store customers who never reach the CRM

New WooCommerce customers do not always reach Attio. Finding the gap means exporting recent customers and checking each against Attio by hand, so buyers never get followed up.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export recent customers from WooCommerce
  • Search Attio for each email
  • Check whether their company exists
  • Leave new buyers without a follow-up

With PopdockAI

  • Recent customers are read and each email checked in Attio
  • Case differences in email are ignored
  • Customers with no email are counted as unmatchable
  • Whether each company exists is noted, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** List WooCommerce customers created since {created-from} (default: the last 30 days) that do not exist as people in Attio, checking at most {max-customers} customers (default 50).

**Step 1: Get customers from WooCommerce**

Call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `created-date.from` = {created-from} and `max-records` = {max-customers}. Keep `customer-id`, `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `billing-company`, `billing-country`.

**Step 2: Check each in Attio**

For each customer call `attio-get-record-people` with `email-addresses` = the customer `email`. A customer with no email is listed as unmatchable. A match is any returned person.

**Step 3: Report**

A table of customers with no Attio person (`customer-id`, name, email, company, country) and the counts: checked, matched, missing, unmatchable. For each missing customer with a `billing-company`, also call `attio-get-record-companies` with `name` = that company and note whether the company exists in Attio.
**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools named attio-* are on the attio server; tools named woocommerce-* are on the woocommerce server. Both servers must be connected.* This is read-only. Do not call any add, update, upsert, delete or send tool on either server (for example `attio-add-person`, `attio-update-person`, `attio-add-deal`, `woocommerce-update-customer`, `woocommerce-add-refund`, `woocommerce-send-order-details`).
**Validation:**

* Compare emails case-insensitively.
* If WooCommerce returns nothing for the period, say so and stop.
