The problem
A dozen screens to answer one device question
When a customer calls about one device, you open its contract, then its database, sharing, add-ins, pending plan changes and billing, each on its own screen. It is easy to miss the one detail that explains the problem.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the contract and plan
- Check the current database and sharing
- Look at add-ins and pending plan changes
- Search this month's charges and credits
With PopdockAI
- Contract, plan, databases and sharing are gathered at once
- Add-in enrollment, plan changes and recent activity are added
- This month's charges and credits complete the profile
- Empty sections say so, red flags are called out, nothing changes

**Objective:** Build a complete profile of device `{device-serial}`: its contract, plan, database, sharing, add-in enrolment, pending plan changes and this month's billing.
**Step 1: Find the contract**
Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` with device-serial = {device-serial}. If nothing comes back, say the serial was not found under this account and stop. Note the account, device plan, device type, start and end dates, terminated flag and VIN.
**Step 2: Where the device lives**
* Call `geotab-myadmin-get-current-device-database` with device-serial = {device-serial} for the database it reports to now.
* Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-database-name` with device-serial = {device-serial} for the owner database and any shared databases.
**Step 3: Add-ins and plan changes**
* Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in-detail` with device-serial = {device-serial} for add-in enrolment, plan and monthly fee.
* Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract-auto-request` with device-serial = {device-serial} for scheduled or failed plan changes.
* Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in-audit-log` with device-serial = {device-serial} for recent enrol and unenrol actions.
**Step 4: This month's billing**
Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract-transaction` with device-serial = {device-serial} (current month by default) and `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract-credit-transaction` with the same serial.
**Step 5: Report**
A short header (serial, VIN, device type, account, database), then sections: Contract, Databases and sharing, Add-ins, Pending changes, Billing this month (charges, credits, net). End with any red flags: terminated but still billed, failed auto-requests, database mismatch between contract and current database.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This is a read-only job. Do NOT call any write tool: no `geotab-myadmin-change-device-billing-plan`, `geotab-myadmin-terminate-device-billing`, `geotab-myadmin-share-device`, `geotab-myadmin-update-device-contracts`, `geotab-myadmin-enroll-device-from-add-in`, `geotab-myadmin-unenroll-device-from-add-in` or any other action tool.
* Report values as returned; do not guess missing ones.
**Validation:**
* If a section returns nothing, write "none found" for it rather than omitting it.Who it's for
