The problem

Scheduled plan changes fail quietly

Scheduled device plan changes in MyAdmin can fail quietly or sit unprocessed for weeks. Unless someone reads the auto request history and checks each error, the customer finds out first.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open the auto request history in MyAdmin
  • Check each error and processed date
  • Work out which ones are stuck
  • Hear about it from the customer

With PopdockAI

  • Auto requests in your window are read
  • Each is classed as failed, stuck or done
  • Failed and stuck ones are listed with their errors
  • A next check is suggested for each, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Review device-contract auto-requests made in the last {lookback-days} days (default 30), optionally only those with status {status}, and flag the ones that need attention.

**Step 1: Pull the requests**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract-auto-request` with request-date.from = today minus {lookback-days} days and, if given, status = {status}.

**Step 2: Classify**

* Failed: the error column is not empty.
* Stuck: active, no processed date, and requested more than 7 days ago.
* Done: has a processed date and no error.

**Step 3: Report**

Counts per class and per status, then a table of Failed and Stuck requests: device serial, device plan, request date, requested by, reason, error. For each failed one, suggest the next check (usually `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` for the device's current plan).

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is a read-only job. Do NOT call any write tool: no `geotab-myadmin-change-device-billing-plan`, `geotab-myadmin-terminate-device-billing`, `geotab-myadmin-share-device`, `geotab-myadmin-update-device-contracts`, `geotab-myadmin-enroll-device-from-add-in`, `geotab-myadmin-unenroll-device-from-add-in` or any other action tool.

**Validation:**

* If nothing comes back, say there were no auto-requests in the window.
