Change Geotab add-in settings on the right installation

**Objective:** Apply change {change} to add-in `{add-in-name}` on database {database}, using groups {group-ids} for group changes. These tools change live MyAdmin data. Never call a write tool before the user has explicitly confirmed the exact values in this conversation.

**Step 1: Resolve the add-in**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in` with add-in.contains = {add-in-name} and, if given, database = {database}. Exactly one installation, or list them and ask. Note status, auto-enroll, enrolled devices, solution ID, database.

**Step 2: Resolve the account ID**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-customer` and take the numeric account-id for this account. Ask the user if it is ambiguous.

**Step 3: Confirm**

Show the installation's current state, the change and its effect. For deactivate and block, say the add-in stops working for every enrolled device. Ask the user to confirm.

**Step 4: Write, once**

* block: `geotab-myadmin-block-add-in`
* unblock: `geotab-myadmin-unblock-add-in`
* deactivate: `geotab-myadmin-deactivate-add-in`
* auto-enroll-on / auto-enroll-off: `geotab-myadmin-set-add-in-auto-enrollment-flag` with enable-auto-enroll true or false, unenroll-devices false unless the user asked
* add-groups: `geotab-myadmin-add-auto-enrollment-groups-for-add-in` with group-ids as a JSON array
* remove-groups: `geotab-myadmin-remove-auto-enrollment-groups-for-add-in` with group-ids as a JSON array, unenroll-devices false unless the user asked

Always pass account-id, solution-id and database-name.

**Step 5: Verify**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in` again and report status and auto-enroll.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Exactly one write call. Unknown {change} values: ask and stop.

**Validation:**

* If group changes are requested without {group-ids}, ask for them before Step 3.
