Find incomplete Geotab customer records in one pass

**Objective:** Audit customer records (only active ones unless {active-only} is false; limited to country {country} if given) and list the ones with missing or inconsistent details.

**Step 1: Pull customers**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-customer` with active = true (unless {active-only} is false) and, if given, country = {country}. Use max-records 500.

**Step 2: Check each record**

Flag a customer when:

* primary contact email or phone is empty
* primary contact first or last name is empty
* city, state or country is empty
* tax ID is empty
* legal name is empty or differs from company name only by case or punctuation (likely duplicate entry)

**Step 3: Report**

Counts per rule, then a table: account, company name, issues found. Also list customers whose company names look like duplicates of each other.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is a read-only job. Do NOT call any write tool: no `geotab-myadmin-change-device-billing-plan`, `geotab-myadmin-terminate-device-billing`, `geotab-myadmin-share-device`, `geotab-myadmin-update-device-contracts`, `geotab-myadmin-enroll-device-from-add-in`, `geotab-myadmin-unenroll-device-from-add-in` or any other action tool.
* Do not call `geotab-myadmin-add-edit-customer`; use the `update-customer-record` prompt to fix records.

**Validation:**

* If the read hits max-records, say the audit is partial.
