Find out who changed Geotab add-in enrollment

The problem
Nobody can say who changed add-in enrollment
When devices drop out of an add-in or get enrolled by mistake, the first question is who did it and when. The MyAdmin audit log has the answer, but reading it raw across databases and users is slow and bulk changes are easy to miss.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the add-in audit log in MyAdmin
- Filter by date and scroll through raw entries
- Count changes by user and database by hand
- Miss the one person who changed 50 devices
With PopdockAI
- The audit log is read for your date range and user
- Changes are totalled by action, user and database
- The full list comes newest first
- Bursts over 20 devices a day are flagged, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Report add-in enrolment changes between {from-date} (default 7 days ago) and {to-date} (default today), optionally only those performed by {performed-by}.
**Step 1: Pull the audit log**
Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in-audit-log` with action-date.from = {from-date}, action-date.to = {to-date} and, if given, performed-by.contains = {performed-by}.
**Step 2: Report**
* Totals by action type.
* Totals by user (performed by).
* Totals by database.
* The full list, newest first: date, action, device serial, database, user.
Point out bursts: one user changing more than 20 devices in a day.
