Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract-early-termination-fee` with month = {month} and year = {year}.
**Step 2: Context per device**
For each fee (up to 25), call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` with device-serial set to the fee's serial to get device plan, start date and terminated date.
**Step 3: Report**
A table: serial, rate plan, contract start, contract end, termination date, months remaining at termination (contract end minus termination date), fee. Then the total fees, and any fee where the termination date is on or after the contract end (a fee that should probably not exist).
