The problem

A weekly activity summary takes three tools

A weekly activity summary means scrolling GitHub commit logs, then TickTick for timer history and finished tasks, then lining up the days yourself. It is slow, and mismatched days are easy to miss.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll the author's commits in GitHub
  • Open TickTick focus history
  • List completed tasks by day
  • Line up the days in a spreadsheet

With PopdockAI

  • The author's commits are read for your period
  • TickTick focus time and completed tasks are read for the same days
  • Counts line up day by day with totals
  • Mismatched days are flagged, with no productivity score

Prompt
**Objective:** For `{author-name}` over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), combine GitHub commits with TickTick focus time and completed tasks. Read only.

**Step 1: Commits (GitHub server)**

Call `github-get-commit` with `author-name.contains` set to the author and `commit-date.from` set to today minus the lookback. Keep `sha`, `message`, `commit-date`. Count commits per day.

**Step 2: Focus and tasks (TickTick server)**

Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with `start-time.from` the same start and sum `duration-seconds` per day. Call `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with `completed-time.from` the same start and list `title`, `completed-time`.

**Step 3: Report**

A day-by-day table: commits, focus hours, tasks completed. Then totals and any day with commits but no focus, or focus but no commits. Note the TickTick data belongs to the connected TickTick account, not necessarily the named author.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `github-*` tools are on the GitHub server; `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick server. Pass `company` to GitHub tools if the tool needs it.
* Do not call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `github-add-issue`, `github-update-issue`, `github-add-issue-comment`, `github-add-issue-label`, `github-add-issue-assignee` or any other write tool. Do not call `ticktick-add-focus-session` or `ticktick-delete-focus-session`.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing, report that side as empty and still show the other.
* Do not infer productivity scores; report counts only.

How it works

What PopdockAI does when you ask

You name an author and a period, and your AI assistant lines up commits, focus time and completed tasks by day. It reports counts only and changes nothing.

01

Ask

You name the author and how many days to look back, with seven as the default.

Your AI tool

02

Read

It reads the GitHub commits, then the TickTick focus time and completed tasks.
