The problem
Commitments are buried across dozens of meetings
Commitments are spread across many meetings, and nobody tracks who promised what. Pulling them together means rereading notes and transcripts for I will or follow up, then sorting them by person.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each meeting in the date range
- Reread summaries and transcripts for commitments
- Copy each one into a list
- Sort the list by owner by hand
With PopdockAI
- Up to 25 recent meeting summaries are read
- Transcripts are searched for commitments the summaries missed
- Actions are grouped by owner, inferred ones marked
- Repeats are listed once, and nothing is marked done

**Objective:** List the action items and commitments from meetings between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (optional, defaults to today), narrowed to meetings whose title contains `{title-filter}` if given.
**Step 1: Find the meetings**
Call `granola-get-note` with `created.from` set to `{from-date}`, `created.to` set to `{to-date}` and, if `{title-filter}` is given, `title.contains` set to it. Record each note `id`, title and date. If nothing matches, say so and stop. If more than 25 notes match, process the 25 most recent and say how many were left out.
**Step 2: Find the commitments**
For each note, read the `summary` first. Then call `granola-get-transcript` with that `note-id` and `text.contains` set to phrases such as "I will", "action item", "follow up", "by Friday", "next step", one call per phrase, to catch commitments the summary missed. Attribute each to the `speaker`.
**Step 3: Report**
A table grouped by owner: action, meeting title and date, due date if stated, and whether it was stated outright or inferred. Finish with a list of items with no clear owner.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Only call `granola-get-note` and `granola-get-transcript`.
* Mark inferred items as inferred; never present a guess as a commitment.
* Do not mark items done or not done; the notes do not say.
**Validation:**
* If `{from-date}` is missing, ask for it.
* If the same action appears in several meetings, list it once with all the meeting dates.Who it's for
One answer, three teams that use it
Project managers
Track who owes what across meetings
One table by owner, with due dates where stated, replaces rereading every meeting.
List the action items from my meetings between 1 and 30 September with Fabrikam in the title.
Team leads
Review the team's open commitments
Items with no clear owner are listed last, so you can assign them.
What did people commit to in our planning meetings over the last two weeks?
Chiefs of staff
Keep follow-through visible
Stated and inferred actions are labelled, so you know which to confirm.
Round up action items from all my Contoso meetings this month, grouped by owner.
How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give a date range and your AI assistant gathers every action item from your Granola meetings by owner. Guesses are clearly marked, and nothing is changed.

You give a date range and, if you like, a word the meeting title must contain.
02
Find
It lists the matching Granola meetings, up to the 25 most recent.
03
Scan
It reads each summary and searches transcripts for commitment phrases.
04
Report
You get a table by owner, with inferred items marked and unowned items last.
