The problem
Finding where a topic came up means skimming every transcript
Finding where a topic came up means opening transcripts one at a time and skimming for the right line. Across dozens of meetings you miss mentions, and it is hard to see how the position changed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open transcripts one at a time
- Skim for the topic or phrase
- Copy quotes into a document
- Piece together how views changed
With PopdockAI
- Transcripts are searched, with close variants if nothing is found
- Matching lines are grouped by meeting
- The top meetings get title, date and owner
- Exact quotes, with capped results flagged, and nothing changed

**Objective:** Find every place `{search-text}` was discussed in meeting transcripts, optionally only for speaker `{speaker}` and only after `{from-date}`.
**Step 1: Search**
Call `granola-get-transcript` with `text.contains` set to `{search-text}`, plus `speaker` set to `{speaker}` if given and `note-created.from` set to `{from-date}` if given. Set `max-records` to 100. If nothing returns, try one or two close variants of the wording, then report that nothing was found.
**Step 2: Group by meeting**
Group the lines by `note-id`. For the five meetings with the most hits, call `granola-get-note` with `id` set to the note id to get the title, date and owner.
**Step 3: Report**
* Total lines and meetings found
* For each meeting: title, date, who spoke, and a short quote with timing
* A short synthesis of how the position or sentiment changed over time
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Only call `granola-get-transcript` and `granola-get-note`.
* Quote exactly; do not paraphrase inside quote marks.
* If the 100-record cap was reached, say results may be incomplete and suggest narrowing by date or speaker.
**Validation:**
* If `{search-text}` is very short or common, ask for something more specific first.Who it's for
