Brief on a HubSpot company with what customers actually said
For sales teams preparing for a meeting who want CRM data and Chorus conversations side by side, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
The CRM and the customer conversations tell different stories
HubSpot shows what the pipeline says about a company, but Chorus holds what customers actually said. Preparing for a meeting means reading both and noticing where they disagree, which rarely happens under time pressure.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the company, deals and tickets in HubSpot
- Search Chorus for recent calls and emails
- Skim recordings for what was said
- Miss where the stage and the calls disagree
With PopdockAI
- The company is read with its open deals and tickets
- Recent Chorus calls, meetings and emails get one line digests
- Deals with no conversation and unsupported stages are flagged
- Problems raised with no ticket are listed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Brief me on the HubSpot company {company-name} by combining its HubSpot record, open deals and open tickets with what was said in Chorus calls, meetings and emails over the last {lookback-days} days (default 30).
**Step 1: Find the company in HubSpot**
Call `hubspot-get-companies` with company-name = {company-name}. If nothing comes back, retry with company-name.contains. If more than one company matches, list each one's company-name, domain, city and company-owner, then stop and ask which one is meant. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read the HubSpot context**
Using the company's record-id from Step 1:
* Call `hubspot-get-deals` with company-id = that record-id. Keep only deals whose deal-stage-name is not a closed stage (such as Closed won or Closed lost).
* Call `hubspot-get-tickets` with company-id = that record-id. Keep only tickets whose ticket-status is not closed.
**Step 3: Carry the company across to Chorus**
Take the company-name exactly as HubSpot returned it and call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = that name and date.from = today minus the lookback days. If nothing comes back, retry with account-name.contains using the distinctive part of the name (drop suffixes such as Inc, Ltd, LLC, GmbH). Then call `chorus-get-emails` with account-name.contains set the same way and sent-time.from = the same date.
**Step 4: Report**
1. **Company:** name, domain, owner, industry, lifecycle stage, annual revenue, last activity date.
2. **Open deals:** a table of deal name, pipeline, stage, amount, close date and owner.
3. **Open tickets:** a table of ticket name, status, priority, category and create date.
4. **Recent conversations:** a table of date, subject, conversation type, rep and opportunity name, newest first, each followed by a one-line digest of its meeting-summary.
5. **Recent emails:** the count, and the subjects of the five most recent.
6. **HubSpot vs the conversations:** open deals with no conversation in the window; deals whose stage or close date is not supported by what the latest calls say; problems raised on calls that have no matching open ticket.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `hubspot-get-companies`, `hubspot-get-deals` and `hubspot-get-tickets` are on the HubSpot server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the Chorus server.
* This is read-only. Do not call any HubSpot write tool (`hubspot-add-contact`, `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-company`, `hubspot-update-company`, `hubspot-add-deal`, `hubspot-update-deal`, `hubspot-add-deal-note`, `hubspot-add-company-note`, `hubspot-add-contact-note`, `hubspot-add-ticket`, `hubspot-update-ticket`, `hubspot-add-ticket-note`) or any Chorus write tool (`chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-export-recordings`, `chorus-export-scorecards`).
* Base every conclusion on returned data. Quote or paraphrase the meeting summaries; do not invent what was said.
**Validation:**
* If HubSpot finds the company but Chorus returns nothing, still report sections 1 to 3 and say "No Chorus conversations found for this company in the last N days". Note that Chorus may spell the account name differently.
* If a Chorus conversation names an opportunity that matches no open HubSpot deal, list it separately under "Conversations about deals not open in HubSpot".Who it's for
