Test a HubSpot deal's forecast against what the customer said
For sales leaders who want deal stage, amount and close date checked against Chorus conversations, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Deal forecasts rest on optimism, not on what the customer said
A deal's stage, amount and close date in HubSpot are only as good as the rep's optimism. Checking them against what the customer actually said means listening back to calls or reading summaries in Chorus.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the deal in HubSpot
- Find the company's calls in Chorus
- Listen back or read summaries
- Judge stage, amount and date from memory
With PopdockAI
- The deal and its company are read from HubSpot
- Chorus conversations about this deal are separated from account calls
- Stage, amount and close date are rated with the words behind them
- Risks raised are listed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Review the HubSpot deal {deal-name} against its Chorus conversations from the last {lookback-days} days (default 90) and tell me whether its stage, amount and close date are supported by what was actually said.
**Step 1: Find the deal in HubSpot**
Call `hubspot-get-deals` with deal-name = {deal-name}. If nothing comes back, retry with deal-name.contains. If more than one deal matches, list each one's deal-name, company-id, stage, amount and close date, then stop and ask which one is meant. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Find the deal's company**
Call `hubspot-get-companies` with record-id = the deal's company-id to get the company-name. If the deal has no company-id, use the distinctive part of the deal name as the account search in Step 3 and say that you did.
**Step 3: Carry it across to Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = the HubSpot company-name and date.from = today minus the lookback days. If nothing comes back, retry with account-name.contains using the distinctive part of the name. Chorus has no opportunity filter, so from the results keep:
* **Deal conversations:** those whose opportunity-name matches the HubSpot deal-name (ignore case and punctuation).
* **Account conversations:** the rest, which are about the company but not tied to this deal.
For the three most recent deal conversations, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with conversation-id to see who attended from the customer side.
**Step 4: Report**
1. **Deal:** name, pipeline, stage, amount, weighted amount, close date, owner.
2. **Conversations:** a table of date, subject, rep, conversation type and whether it is a deal or account conversation, newest first, each with a one-line digest of the meeting-summary.
3. **Customer attendees:** names and titles from the participant reads.
4. **Verdict:** for stage, amount and close date in turn, say Supported, Not supported or No evidence, with the conversation and the words that justify it.
5. **Risks:** objections, competitors, budget or timing concerns raised on the calls.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `hubspot-get-deals` and `hubspot-get-companies` are on the HubSpot server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-conversation-participants` are on the Chorus server.
* This is read-only. Do not call any HubSpot write tool (`hubspot-add-contact`, `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-company`, `hubspot-update-company`, `hubspot-add-deal`, `hubspot-update-deal`, `hubspot-add-deal-note`, `hubspot-add-company-note`, `hubspot-add-contact-note`, `hubspot-add-ticket`, `hubspot-update-ticket`, `hubspot-add-ticket-note`) or any Chorus write tool (`chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-export-recordings`, `chorus-export-scorecards`).
* Do not recommend a stage change as fact; present it as a suggestion with the evidence.
**Validation:**
* If there are no deal conversations but there are account conversations, say so, judge the deal on the account conversations, and label every verdict "account-level evidence only".
* If Chorus returns nothing at all, report the deal and say "No Chorus conversations found in the last N days", noting that Chorus may spell the account name differently.Who it's for
