The problem
Most calls never get logged in the CRM
Copying a Chorus call into Capsule CRM means finding the right deal or contact, writing up who attended and what was agreed, and checking nobody logged it already. It is tedious enough that most calls never get logged.
Without PopdockAI
- Find the right opportunity, organization or person
- Write up attendees, summary and next steps
- Check nobody logged the meeting already
- Skip it because it takes too long
With PopdockAI
- The call and its outside participants are read
- The matching opportunity, organization or person is found
- Existing notes about the meeting are checked first
- The note is saved after you confirm and read back

**Objective:** Log the Chorus conversation {conversation-id} into Capsule CRM as a note, attached to the matching opportunity by default, or to the contact when {attach-to} is party.
**Step 1: Read the conversation in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `conversation-id` set to {conversation-id}. If nothing comes back, say so and stop. Take the subject, date, duration (in seconds), rep, account name, opportunity name and meeting summary. Then call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with the same `conversation-id`; participants with no `user-id` are the external people.
**Step 2: Find the Capsule CRM record**
- For each external participant with an email, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email`.
- If none match, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name.contains` set to the account name and take the organization.
- If the conversation has an opportunity name, call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `name.contains` set to it and `party-name.contains` set to the organization name.
Attach to the opportunity when one matched, unless {attach-to} is party; otherwise attach to the organization, then to the person. If nothing matches, stop and tell the user which names and emails were tried.
**Step 3: Check for a duplicate**
Call `capsule-crm-get-entry` with the chosen `opportunity-id` or `party-id`, and `date.from` and `date.to` around the conversation date. If a note for this meeting already exists, show it and ask whether to add another.
**Step 4: Draft and confirm**
Show the note before writing it:
```
Chorus call: <subject> (<date>, <minutes> min, rep <rep name>)
Participants: <external names and companies>
Summary: <meeting summary, trimmed to the key points>
Next steps: <any agreed next steps from the summary>
```
Say which Capsule record it will go on, then ask the user to confirm. Do not write until they say yes.
**Step 5: Write and verify**
On confirmation, call `capsule-crm-add-note` once with the `content` and exactly one of `opportunity-id` or `party-id`. Then call `capsule-crm-get-entry` for that record and confirm the note is there.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm server; tools whose names start chorus are on the chorus server.
* The only write is one call to `capsule-crm-add-note`, after the user confirms. Do not call `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-party` or any other Capsule write, and do not call any Chorus add, create, update or export tool.
**Validation:**
* If the meeting summary is empty, draft the note from the subject and participants and say the summary was missing.
* If several opportunities or organizations match, list them and ask which one; never pick silently.
* If the write fails, report the error and do not retry with a different record.Who it's for
