The problem
Failed payments that the account team never hears about
When a Stripe payment fails or an invoice goes unpaid, the account team in Salesforce should follow up, but the details sit in Stripe. Someone has to summarise what is owed, find the contact and create a task with the links, so it often never happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the customer's invoices and charges in Stripe
- Add up what is outstanding by currency
- Find the matching contact in Salesforce
- Write the task and paste in every invoice link
With PopdockAI
- Open invoices and failed charges from the last 30 days are read
- It stops if the customer is paid up
- The Salesforce contact is matched and the exact task shown
- One task is created after you confirm, then read back

**Objective:** For the Stripe customer with email `{customer-email}`, summarize what is unpaid and, only after the user confirms, create one Salesforce follow-up task due in `{due-in-days}` days (default 3).
**Step 1: Read the payment problem in Stripe**
Call `stripe-get-customer` with `email` set to `{customer-email}`. If nothing comes back, say so and stop. With its customer-id, call `stripe-get-invoice` (customer-id, status open) and `stripe-get-charge` (customer-id, status failed, created.from today minus 30 days). If there is nothing open and no failed charge, report that the customer is paid up and stop without writing.
**Step 2: Find the contact in Salesforce**
Call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` set to `{customer-email}`. If none matches, report the customer as present in Stripe and absent from Salesforce and stop without writing. If several match, list them and ask which one to use.
**Step 3: Propose the task and wait**
Show the user exactly what will be written: subject "Payment follow-up: <amount and currency> outstanding in Stripe", who-id the contact-id, what-id the contact's account-id, due-date today plus `{due-in-days}` days, and comments listing each open invoice number with amount-remaining and due-date, each failed charge with amount and failure-message, and the hosted-invoice-url where present. Ask the user to confirm. Do not write anything until they say yes.
**Step 4: Write once, then confirm**
After a yes, call `salesforce-add-task` once with those values. Then call `salesforce-get-task` with `account-id` set to the account-id and `subject.contains` set to "Payment follow-up" and report the task that was created.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-customer`, `stripe-get-invoice` and `stripe-get-charge` are on the stripe server. `salesforce-get-contact`, `salesforce-add-task` and `salesforce-get-task` are on the salesforce server.
* `salesforce-add-task` is the only tool that may write, once, after the user confirms. Do not call `salesforce-update-task`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-account` or any other salesforce add or update tool.
* If the user declines, stop and write nothing.
**Validation:**
* If `salesforce-add-task` returns an error, report it verbatim and do not retry with different values without asking.
* Never add amounts in different currencies together; list each currency separately in the subject and comments.Who it's for
