The problem

Won deals that never turn into billing

Opportunities marked closed won in Salesforce do not always become a Stripe customer or subscription, and the gap shows up only when revenue does not reconcile. Checking means listing wins, finding each deal's contacts and searching Stripe for every email.

Without PopdockAI

  • List recent closed won deals
  • Find the contacts on each deal
  • Search Stripe for every email by hand
  • Discover the gap at month end

With PopdockAI

  • Closed won deals and their contact emails are collected
  • Each email is checked for a Stripe customer and new subscription
  • Unbilled deals are listed largest first
  • Read only, with unverifiable contacts listed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find opportunities closed won since `{closed-since}` (default: the first day of the previous month), optionally owned by `{owner}`, where no contact on the deal or its account is billed in Stripe.

**Step 1: List closed-won deals in Salesforce**

Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `won` set to true and `close-date.from` set to `{closed-since}`. Add `owner.contains` set to `{owner}` when it is given.

**Step 2: Collect the emails for each deal**

Call `salesforce-get-opportunity-contact-role` with `opportunity-id` set to the deal's opportunity-id, then `salesforce-get-contact` with `contact-id` for each role to get the email. If the deal has no contact roles, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `account-id` set to the deal's account-id instead and note that the match is account-level.

**Step 3: Look each email up in Stripe**

Call `stripe-get-customer` with `email` set to each email. For each customer found, call `stripe-get-subscription` with `customer-id` and check for a subscription created on or after the close-date with status active or trialing.

**Step 4: Report**

Three groups. No Stripe customer: opportunity name, account, owner, amount, close-date, emails tried. Stripe customer but no new subscription: the same plus customer-id and its latest subscription status. Billed: a one-line count only. Sort each group by amount, largest first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `salesforce-get-opportunity`, `salesforce-get-opportunity-contact-role` and `salesforce-get-contact` are on the salesforce server. `stripe-get-customer` and `stripe-get-subscription` are on the stripe server.
* The join is the contact email against the Stripe customer email, matched case-insensitively and trimmed. Do not count a match on company name alone; if a Stripe customer name looks like the account name but no email matches, report it as a possible match only.
* This is read-only. The stripe server cannot create customers. Do not call `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-contact` or any other salesforce add or update tool.

**Validation:**

* If no deals closed won in the window, say so and stop.
* A contact with no email cannot be checked; list it as unverifiable rather than unbilled.
