The problem
A full buying committee on paper, one person on the calls
A Salesforce opportunity can list a whole buying committee while only one person ever joins the calls. Finding out who is really engaged means comparing contact roles with Chorus attendees, email by email.
Without PopdockAI
- Read the contact roles on the opportunity
- Open each Chorus call and note who attended
- Match attendees to contacts by email by hand
- Miss that the primary contact never showed up
With PopdockAI
- Contact roles and Chorus attendees are matched by email for you
- Each committee member gets a coverage line
- Outside attendees and deal risks are called out
- Read only, and contacts with no email are shown as unmatched

**Objective:** Review the Salesforce opportunity {opportunity-name} against the Chorus conversations held about it over the last {lookback-days} days (default 60), and show which members of the buying committee have actually been on a call.
**Step 1: Find the opportunity in Salesforce**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with name = {opportunity-name}. If nothing comes back, retry with name.contains. If more than one matches, list each one's name, account-name, stage, amount and close date, then stop and ask which one is meant.
**Step 2: Read the buying committee**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity-contact-role` with the opportunity-id. For each contact-id it returns, call `salesforce-get-contact` with contact-id to get the contact's email and title.
**Step 3: Find the conversations in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = the opportunity's account-name from Step 1 and date.from = today minus the lookback days. If nothing comes back, retry with account-name.contains using the distinctive part of the name. Keep the conversations whose opportunity-name matches the Salesforce opportunity name. If none carry a matching opportunity-name, keep all of the account's conversations and say they are matched at account level only.
For each kept conversation, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with its conversation-id.
**Step 4: Join people across the two systems**
Match each participant to a contact role by email, ignoring case. Treat a participant as internal when their email domain matches the domain of the conversation's user-email; everyone else is external.
**Step 5: Report**
1. **Deal:** name, account, stage, amount, probability, close date, next step, owner.
2. **Conversation timeline:** date, subject, type and a one-line digest of the meeting-summary, oldest first.
3. **Buying committee coverage:** a table of contact, role, primary, email, number of conversations attended and last attended date.
4. **External people on calls who are not on the opportunity:** email, name, title, company.
5. **Risks:** the primary contact never on a call; no conversation in the last 14 days; a close date within 30 days with no conversation; a stage the summaries do not support.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `salesforce-get-opportunity`, `salesforce-get-opportunity-contact-role` and `salesforce-get-contact` are on the Salesforce server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-conversation-participants` are on the Chorus server.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-update-contact` or any other write tool.
**Validation:**
* A contact role whose contact has no email cannot be matched. Show it with "no email in Salesforce" rather than "never attended".
* If the opportunity has no contact roles, say so and still report sections 1, 2 and 4.
* If Chorus returns no conversations, say "No Chorus conversations found for this account in the window" and report the deal and its contact roles only.Who it's for
