The problem
Closing deals that have quietly gone silent
Opportunities closing soon need active conversations, but Salesforce does not show whether anyone has spoken to the account lately. Checking means looking up each account in Chorus before every forecast call.
Without PopdockAI
- List the opportunities closing this month
- Search Chorus for each account one at a time
- Check calls, meetings and emails separately
- Find the silent deals after the quarter closes
With PopdockAI
- Every opportunity in the window is checked in Chorus for you
- Deals are grouped into silent, email only and active
- The amount at stake in the silent group is totalled
- Read only, with unknown accounts marked as such

**Objective:** Find open Salesforce opportunities closing in the next {close-within-days} days (default 30) whose accounts have had no Chorus call, meeting or email in the last {quiet-days} days (default 14). If {owner} is given, only look at that owner's opportunities.
**Step 1: List the closing opportunities in Salesforce**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with closed = false and close-date.to = today plus the close-within days. If {owner} is not empty, also pass owner.contains = {owner}. If more than 50 come back, keep the 50 with the earliest close dates and say how many were left out.
**Step 2: Check each account in Chorus**
For each distinct account-name among those opportunities:
* Call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = that name and date.from = today minus the quiet days. If nothing comes back, retry once with account-name.contains using the distinctive part of the name.
* Call `chorus-get-emails` with account-name.contains set the same way and sent-time.from = the same date.
**Step 3: Report**
Group the opportunities into three tables, each with opportunity, account, owner, stage, amount, close date, last conversation date and last email date:
1. **Silent:** no conversation and no email in the window.
2. **Email only:** emails but no call or meeting.
3. **Active:** at least one call or meeting.
Sort each table by close date. End with the total amount at stake in the Silent table.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `salesforce-get-opportunity` is on the Salesforce server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the Chorus server.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-task` or any other write tool. Recommend follow-ups in the report instead.
**Validation:**
* If no opportunities are closing in the window, say so and stop.
* An account Chorus does not know at all belongs in Silent, marked "account not found in Chorus", since Chorus may spell the name differently.Who it's for
