The problem
The CRM says one thing, the calls say another
Before an account review you need its Salesforce deals and cases next to what was said on recent Chorus calls and emails. Comparing them by hand is slow, and disagreements such as a stage the calls do not support are easy to miss.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull the account's open deals and cases
- Listen back to or skim recent Chorus calls
- Compare stages and next steps with what was said
- Miss problems raised on calls with no case
With PopdockAI
- Open deals and cases are read from Salesforce
- Chorus calls, meetings and emails in the window are gathered
- Disagreements between the two are shown plainly
- Read only, with conclusions resting on returned data

**Objective:** Brief me on the Salesforce account {account-name} by combining its Salesforce record, open opportunities and open cases with what was said in Chorus calls, meetings and emails over the last {lookback-days} days (default 30).
**Step 1: Find the account in Salesforce**
Call `salesforce-get-account` with name = {account-name}. If nothing comes back, retry with name.contains. If more than one account matches, list each one's name, account-id, billing-city and owner, then stop and ask which one is meant. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read the Salesforce context**
Using the account-id from Step 1:
* Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with account-id and closed = false.
* Call `salesforce-get-case` with account-id and closed = false.
**Step 3: Carry the account across to Chorus**
Take the account's name exactly as Salesforce returned it and call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = that name and date.from = today minus the lookback days. If nothing comes back, retry with account-name.contains using the distinctive part of the name (drop suffixes such as Inc, Ltd, LLC, GmbH). Then call `chorus-get-emails` with account-name.contains set the same way and sent-time.from = the same date.
**Step 4: Report**
1. **Account:** name, owner, industry, annual revenue, rating.
2. **Open opportunities:** a table of name, stage, amount, close date and next step.
3. **Open cases:** a table of case number, subject, priority, status and created date.
4. **Recent conversations:** a table of date, subject, conversation type, rep and opportunity name, newest first, each followed by a one-line digest of its meeting-summary.
5. **Recent emails:** the count, and the subjects of the five most recent.
6. **Salesforce vs the conversations:** open opportunities with no conversation in the window; opportunities whose stage or next step is not supported by what the latest calls say; problems raised on calls that have no matching open case.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `salesforce-get-account`, `salesforce-get-opportunity` and `salesforce-get-case` are on the Salesforce server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the Chorus server.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-case`, `chorus-add-moment` or any other write tool.
* Base every conclusion on returned data. Quote or paraphrase the meeting summaries; do not invent what was said.
**Validation:**
* If Salesforce finds the account but Chorus returns nothing, still report sections 1 to 3 and say "No Chorus conversations found for this account in the last N days". Note that Chorus may spell the account name differently.
* If a Chorus conversation names an opportunity that matches no open Salesforce opportunity, list it separately under "Conversations about deals not open in Salesforce".Who it's for
