The problem
Orders in one system, email history in another
When a customer writes in, their buying history lives in Shopify and their email history in Mailchimp. Piecing together orders, shipments, subscriptions and unsubscribes takes several screens, and consent mismatches go unnoticed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the Shopify customer and recent orders
- Check shipment status on unfulfilled orders
- Search Mailchimp for status, activity and unsubscribes
- Miss that consent differs between the two
With PopdockAI
- The Shopify customer, orders and open shipments are read
- Mailchimp status, activity, unsubscribes and open carts are added
- A consent check flags any mismatch
- Email matching only, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Build a single profile of the person with email `{email}`, combining what Shopify knows about them as a buyer with what Mailchimp knows about them as a subscriber, looking back `{activity-days}` days (default 90) for recent activity.
**Step 1: Find the buyer in Shopify**
Call `shopify-get-customer` with `email` = `{email}`. Note `customer-id`, `name`, `orders-count`, `total-spent`, `accepts-marketing`, `tags`, `state` and `created-at`. If more than one customer comes back, list them all and continue with each. If none comes back, record "not a Shopify customer" and continue to Step 3.
**Step 2: Recent orders in Shopify**
Call `shopify-get-order` with `customer-id` from Step 1 and `created-at.from` set to `{activity-days}` days before today. For each order note `order-number`, `created-at`, `total-price`, `financial-status` and `fulfillment-status`. For any order that is not fully fulfilled, call `shopify-get-fulfillment` with its `order-id` and note `status`, `shipment-status` and `tracking-company`.
**Step 3: Subscriber record in Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` = `{email}`. A person can be on several audiences; note `list-name`, `status`, `tags`, `rating`, `average-open-rate` and `average-click-rate` for each. Then call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with `email-address` = `{email}` and `activity-date.from` set to the same start date as Step 2, and `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `email` = `{email}`. Finally call `mailchimp-get-cart` with `customer-email` = `{email}` to find any open cart.
**Step 4: Report**
* **Buyer (Shopify):** name, customer since, orders count, total spent, tags, open orders with fulfillment state.
* **Subscriber (Mailchimp):** each audience with status and rating, recent opens and clicks by campaign, any unsubscribes with reason.
* **Open cart (Mailchimp):** cart total and `checkout-url`, if any.
* **Consent check:** say whether Shopify `accepts-marketing` agrees with the Mailchimp status. Shopify true with Mailchimp unsubscribed or cleaned, or Shopify false with Mailchimp subscribed, is a mismatch; flag it.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named `shopify-*` are on the shopify server; tools named `mailchimp-*` are on the mailchimp server.
* Match the two systems on email only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Do not match on name or customer id; the two systems number customers differently.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `shopify-update-customer` or any other add or update tool on either server.
**Validation:**
* If neither system knows the email, say so plainly and stop.
* If only one system knows it, report that side and state that the person is absent from the other.Who it's for
