The problem
An audience going cold before anyone notices
A Mailchimp audience can shrink or go cold for months, because growth, churn, bounces and pending confirmations each sit on a different report. By the time open rates drop, the list has already lost much of its value.
Without PopdockAI
- Open growth, activity and bounce reports one by one
- Work out net loss month by month
- Check pending contacts and empty segments
- Notice the decline only when open rates fall
With PopdockAI
- Rating, rates, growth, sends, bounces and pending contacts are read
- Net loss, rising cleaned addresses and bounce levels are weighed
- You get a healthy, watch or at risk verdict with fixes
- No member addresses are listed and nothing changes

**Objective:** Assess the health of the Mailchimp audience `{list-name}` over the last {months} months (default 6), give a verdict of Healthy, Watch or At risk, and recommend what to do.
**Step 1: Resolve the audience**
Call `mailchimp-get-list` with `name` set to the audience name. If nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`. If more than one audience matches, list them and stop. Keep its list-id, number-of-members, list-rating, average-open-rate, average-click-rate, last-sent-date and members-added-since-last-send.
**Step 2: Growth and churn**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-growth` with `list-id`. For each month in the window, show subscribed, unsubscribed, cleaned and the net change (subscribed minus unsubscribed minus cleaned).
**Step 3: Recent activity**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-activity` with `list-id` and `activity-date.from` set to 30 days ago. Total the emails sent, hard and soft bounces, subscribes and unsubscribes.
**Step 4: Unconfirmed contacts**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `list-name` set to the audience, `status` set to `pending` and `max-records` set to 100. Report the count, or "at least 100" if the limit is reached.
**Step 5: Segments and tags**
Call `mailchimp-get-segment` with `list-id`. List each segment or tag with its type and member-count, and flag any with no members.
**Step 6: Report**
* The verdict and a one-sentence reason.
* Key numbers: members, list rating, average open and click rate, last-sent-date.
* The month-by-month growth table.
* Issues found, most serious first.
* 2 to 4 recommendations, each tied to an issue.
Signals to weigh:
* Net change negative for 2 or more months in a row: the audience is shrinking.
* Cleaned rising month on month: address quality is falling.
* last-sent-date more than 90 days ago: the audience is going cold, and the next send will bounce more than usual.
* Hard bounces above 2% of emails sent in the last 30 days.
* A large pending count: double opt-in confirmations are not being completed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-start-automation` or `mailchimp-pause-automation`.
* Rates are returned as fractions (0.25 means 25%). Show them as percentages.
* Do not list individual members' email addresses.
**Validation:**
* If growth history is empty, the audience is probably new. Report what is available and say so.
* If the audience has sent nothing in the last 30 days, say so rather than reporting zero rates as poor performance.Who it's for
