Find broken steps and drop-offs in your Mailchimp automations
For marketing teams who want to know whether every email in a running sequence still works, by asking their AI assistant to review it.

The problem
Automations that quietly break halfway through
Classic Mailchimp automations run for months, and nobody checks whether an email in the middle was left paused or never sends. Engagement can collapse partway through a sequence without anyone seeing it.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each automation and its emails in turn
- Check status and delay on every step
- Compare open rates step by step
- Miss the paused email in the middle
With PopdockAI
- Each automation is read with its emails in order
- Paused, unsaved and unreached emails are flagged
- Open rates that more than halve are called out
- Recommendations name the email, and nothing changes

**Objective:** Review the Mailchimp automation {automation-title} (default every running automation), email by email, and report gaps in the sequence and where engagement drops off.
**Step 1: Resolve the automations**
If a title was given, call `mailchimp-get-automation` with `title`, and if nothing matches, retry with `title.contains`. If more than one matches, review each of them. If no title was given, call `mailchimp-get-automation` with `status` set to `sending`. Note each automation's status, workflow-type, list-name, start-date, emails-sent, open-rate and click-rate.
**Step 2: Read the emails**
For each automation, call `mailchimp-get-automation-email` with `automation-id`. Order the emails by position and note each one's title, subject-line, delay, status, emails-sent, open-rate and click-rate.
**Step 3: Look for problems**
* An email with status `save` or `paused` inside an automation whose status is `sending`: the sequence has a gap, and contacts skip or stall at that step.
* An email with 0 emails sent although earlier emails have sent: contacts are not reaching it; check its delay.
* The open rate falling by more than half from one position to the next.
* An automation with status `paused` or `save`: say how long since its start-date.
**Step 4: Report**
For each automation: a header line (title, status, trigger, list-name, emails sent, open rate, click rate), then a table of its emails by position (position, title, delay, status, sent, open rate, click rate), then the problems found. Finish with recommendations, most important first, naming the automation and email each applies to.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-start-automation` or `mailchimp-pause-automation`.
* Rates are returned as fractions (0.25 means 25%). Show them as percentages.
* This covers classic automations only. Say that customer journeys, and a store's built-in abandoned cart automation, are not included.
**Validation:**
* If nothing matches, call `mailchimp-get-automation` without filters and list the available titles.
* If an automation has no emails, report it as empty.Who it's for
