The problem

Campaign opens never tied to revenue

Marketers copy a campaign's openers and look each person up in NetSuite to see what they ordered. Done one at a time it is slow, so campaign results rarely get tied to revenue.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export openers from the campaign
  • Search NetSuite customers for each email
  • Filter sales orders to the weeks after the send
  • Total the value and hope matches are right

With PopdockAI

  • Campaign title, send date and openers are read
  • Openers are matched to NetSuite customers by email
  • Orders in the window after the send are totalled
  • Ambiguous matches are listed, not totalled, and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Mailchimp campaign `{campaign-id}`, find which openers are NetSuite customers and what they ordered in the `{window-days}` days after the send (default 14).

**Step 1: Get the campaign and its openers from Mailchimp**

Call `mailchimp-get-campaign` (Mailchimp server) with `campaign-id` set to `{campaign-id}` and keep `title`, `send-date` and `number-of-recipients`. Then call `mailchimp-get-campaign-open` (Mailchimp server) with the same `campaign-id`. Keep `email` and `opens`.

**Step 2: Match openers to NetSuite customers**

For each opener call `netsuite-get-customer` (NetSuite server) with `email` set to that address. Take `internal-id` and `name`. Openers with no match are recorded as not customers.

**Step 3: Find orders after the send**

For each matched customer call `netsuite-get-salesorder` (NetSuite server) with `customer-id` set to the `internal-id` and `date.from` set to the campaign `send-date`. Ignore orders dated more than `{window-days}` days after the send. Keep `document-number`, `date`, `total` and `status`.

**Step 4: Report**

Campaign title and send date, number of openers, number matched to customers, number who ordered in the window, and total order value. Then a table of ordering customers with their orders. Say plainly that this shows timing, not cause.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-campaign` and `mailchimp-get-campaign-open` are on the Mailchimp server; `netsuite-get-customer` and `netsuite-get-salesorder` are on the NetSuite server.
* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`, `netsuite-add-salesorder` or `netsuite-update-salesorder`.

**Validation:**

* If the campaign is not found or has no openers, say so and stop.
* If `send-date` is blank (campaign not sent), say so and stop.
* If an email maps to several NetSuite customers, list them and do not total their orders.
