Collections reminders go out by email, but nobody knows which customers unsubscribed. Reminders reach people who opted out, or customers who owe money and cannot be emailed are missed entirely.

**Objective:** Find contacts in the Mailchimp audience `{list-name}` who have unsubscribed and still have unpaid NetSuite invoices of at least `{min-unpaid}` (default 1), so collections can use another channel.
**Step 1: Get unsubscribed members from Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` (Mailchimp server) with `list-name` set to `{list-name}` and `status` set to unsubscribed. Keep `email`, `full-name`, `unsubscribe-reason` and `last-changed-date`.
**Step 2: Match to NetSuite customers**
For each email call `netsuite-get-customer` (NetSuite server) with `email` set to that address. Take `internal-id` and `name`. If more than one customer matches, list them and mark the member ambiguous. If none match, mark the member as not in NetSuite and continue.
**Step 3: Find unpaid invoices**
For each matched customer call `netsuite-get-invoice` (NetSuite server) with `customer-id` set to the customer's `internal-id` and `unpaid-amount.min` set to `{min-unpaid}`. Keep `document-number`, `date`, `total` and `unpaid-amount`.
**Step 4: Report**
One row per customer: name, email, unsubscribe date and reason, number of open invoices, total unpaid. Sort by total unpaid, largest first. Add a list of members not found in NetSuite.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-list-member` is on the Mailchimp server; `netsuite-get-customer` and `netsuite-get-invoice` are on the NetSuite server.
* Read only. Do not call `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `netsuite-update-invoice` or `netsuite-update-customer`. Never suggest re-subscribing anyone.
**Validation:**
* If no unsubscribed members exist, say so and stop.
* If a customer has no unpaid invoices, leave them out of the table and count them in a footer line.Who it's for
