The problem

Two user lists, different names, unseen gaps

Knowing which Bugsnag collaborator is which Azure DevOps person means comparing two user lists by hand. People appear under different names, and gaps on either side go unseen.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export Bugsnag collaborators
  • Export Azure DevOps users
  • Match people by name by hand
  • Miss people missing from one side

With PopdockAI

  • Collaborators are matched to Azure DevOps users by email
  • Gaps on both sides are reported
  • Name only matches are marked low confidence
  • Ambiguous matches are listed, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For Bugsnag project {project-name}, match each collaborator to an Azure DevOps user by email, and optionally limit the Azure DevOps side to team {team-name}.

**Step 1: List collaborators (Bugsnag)**

Call `bugsnag-get-project-collaborator` with `project-name` and `max-records` 100. Note `collaborator-name`, email and administrator for each. If none, stop.

**Step 2: Look each one up (Azure DevOps)**

For each collaborator call `azure-devops-get-user` with `mail-address` set to the email. If nothing, try `display-name.contains` with the collaborator name. When {team-name} is given, also call `azure-devops-get-team-member` with `team-name` and note whether the person is a member.

**Step 3: Report**

A table: collaborator, email, matched Azure DevOps display-name and principal-name, match basis (email or name), team membership if checked. Then list collaborators with no match and Azure DevOps team members with no Bugsnag account.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools prefixed azure-devops are on the Azure DevOps server; tools prefixed bugsnag are on the Bugsnag server. Both must be connected.
* Read-only job. Never call `bugsnag-link-error-issue`, `bugsnag-create-error-issue`, `bugsnag-assign-error`, `bugsnag-fix-error`, `bugsnag-ignore-error`, `bugsnag-discard-error`, `bugsnag-open-error`, `bugsnag-update-error-severity`, `bugsnag-update-project`, `bugsnag-add-project` or `bugsnag-add-project-collaborator`. The Azure DevOps server has no write tools.

**Validation:**

* A name-only match is low confidence; label it and never treat it as an email match.
* If two Azure DevOps users match one collaborator, list both and do not choose.
