The problem
Sponsor payments and donor gifts never quite line up
Sponsors pay invoices in Business Central and also appear as donors in Bloomerang, and the two records rarely match. Pairing payments to gifts by amount and date by hand is fiddly, and an unrecorded gift easily goes unnoticed.
Without PopdockAI
- Export customer payments and donor gifts
- Pair them by amount and date in a spreadsheet
- Miss a payment never recorded as a gift
- Send an acknowledgement for the wrong amount
With PopdockAI
- The constituent and customer are found, stopping if either is unclear
- Payments and gifts are paired by amount within seven days
- Check numbers are preferred and each record is used once
- Unmatched items on each side are listed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For the organization `{organization}`, match the payments its Business Central customer made in company `{company}` (blank means the connector's default company) against the gifts Bloomerang records for it, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 180).
**Step 1: Match the records**
Call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `full-name.contains` = `{organization}` and `type` = Organization, then `business-central-get-customer` with `email` = its `primary-email`, falling back to `name.contains` = `{organization}`. If either side has no match, or several, list what was found and stop. Pass `{company}` as `company` on every Business Central call; omit it when blank.
**Step 2: Read both sides**
* Business Central: call `business-central-get-detailed-customer-ledger` with `customer-number` = the customer number, `document-type` = Payment and `posting-date.from` = today minus the lookback. Keep posting date, document number, amount.
* Bloomerang: call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `account-id` = the constituent `id` and `date.from` = the same date. Keep transaction number, date, amount, method, check number.
**Step 3: Pair them**
Pair a payment with a gift when the amounts are equal (payments are negative in the ledger, so compare absolute values) and the dates are within 7 days. Use each record once. Where a check number matches the payment's document number, prefer that pair.
**Step 4: Report**
Three tables: Paired (payment date, document, gift number, gift date, amount), Payments with no gift in Bloomerang, and Gifts with no payment in Business Central. End with the totals of each.
A payment with no gift is usually a sponsorship or event fee that was invoiced but never recorded as a gift. A gift with no payment is usually a donation paid outside the invoicing process. Say which reading fits, but do not decide for the user.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `bloomerang-get-constituent` and `bloomerang-get-transaction` are on the bloomerang server. `business-central-get-customer` and `business-central-get-detailed-customer-ledger` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `bloomerang-add-transaction`, `bloomerang-update-transaction`, `business-central-create-sales-invoice` or any other create, update or add tool.
**Validation:**
* If the customer has no payments and the constituent has no gifts in the window, say so and stop.
* If the document type filter returns nothing, retry once without it and keep only entries with negative amounts, noting that you did.
* Treat a difference only in cents, or a currency mismatch, as unpaired and mention it rather than forcing the pair.Who it's for
