Find donor refunds that are missing from NetSuite

**Objective:** Find Bloomerang refunds dated from `{date-from}` to `{date-to}` that have no matching NetSuite customer refund or credit memo, and the reverse.

**Step 1: Read the refunds (Bloomerang)**

Call `bloomerang-get-refund` with `date.from` set to `{date-from}` and `date.to` set to `{date-to}`. Keep `id`, `transaction-id`, `amount`, `date` and `note`. To find the donor for each refund, call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `refunded` set to true and read the row whose `id` equals the refund's `transaction-id`; take its `account-id`. Then call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `id` set to that account id and keep `full-name` and `primary-email`.

**Step 2: Read NetSuite**

Call `netsuite-get-customerrefund` and `netsuite-get-creditmemo` with `date.from` and `date.to` set to the same range. Keep `customer-email`, `date` and `document-number`.

**Step 3: Match and report**

Match on donor email, with NetSuite dates within 7 days of the Bloomerang refund. Return: matched refunds, Bloomerang refunds with no NetSuite record, and NetSuite refunds or credit memos with no Bloomerang refund. Give counts for each list and the Bloomerang total.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with netsuite are on the NetSuite server and tools whose names start with bloomerang are on the Bloomerang server. If either server is not connected, say which one and stop.
* The NetSuite refund tools return no amount in the fields used here, so match on email and date only and say that amounts were not compared.
* Do not call any add or update tool on either server (the NetSuite and Bloomerang tools named add-... or update-...). This prompt only reads.

**Validation:**

* If no refunds exist in Bloomerang for the range, report that and still list the NetSuite refunds as unmatched.
* If a refund's donor has no email, list it under "could not match" rather than guessing.
