Find Intacct customers that are missing from AvaTax

**Objective:** Reconcile Intacct customers against AvaTax customers for company {company}, optionally only customers in state {state} (default: all states), and report where they disagree.

**Step 1: List customers in Intacct**

Call `intacct-get-customer` with `company` = {company} and, if {state} is not empty, `state` = {state}. Use `max-records` 100. Keep `customer-id`, `customer-name`, `email`, `city`, `state`, `country` and `status`.

**Step 2: Look each one up in AvaTax**

For each Intacct customer call `avalara-avatax-get-customer` with `customer-code` = the Intacct `customer-id`. AvaTax customer-code is the shared key. If an exact match fails, try `name` = `customer-name` and flag the match as weak. If nothing comes back, record the customer as in Intacct but absent from AvaTax and continue.

**Step 3: Report**

Three lists: (a) in Intacct only, (b) matched with differences, showing Intacct value against AvaTax value for `customer-name` against `name`, `email` against `email-address`, `city`, `state` against `region`, and `country`, (c) AvaTax customers seen during name fallbacks that no Intacct id explains. End with counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with avalara-avatax are on the avalara-avatax server; tools whose names start with intacct are on the intacct server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Intacct create or update tool, and never call any AvaTax action tool (transaction, commit, change or delete tools).

**Validation:**

* If Intacct returns no customers, say so and stop.
* Compare case-insensitively, trim spaces, and treat a two-letter state as equal to its full name.
* Treat Intacct inactive customers as expected gaps and list them separately.
